Refunds

Commisions:

Commissions are generally not refundable, exceptions will not be made.

 Unpaid commissions: After I have completed a commission, If there has not been any attempt at even a partial payment or payment arrangement after six weeks I have the right to place the finished product for sale. Deposits non-refundable 

Conditions only for refunds are:

  • If I have not started working on your commission (must be within 14 days from when payment was made).
  • I have decided to discontinue the commission for any reason

 

 My policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


Prints/comics
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was cancelled or returned under no fault of our own and 5% fee will be applied to the the refund. 

To initiate a return, please email brando@branflakesart.com and include the following information: -Your name -The title of the piece -The date of purchase -The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable) -The reason for requesting a return -If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage. Branflakesart will provide a paid shipping label for you to return the piece. Please return it in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable. CGC

I do not guarantee grades. I am not a professional grader. I will examine your books and give my best estimate as to the condition.  There will be no refunds for grades that are considered low. There will also be no refunds for long turnarounds, I give fair warning to all clients that CGC has a very slow turnaround rate at the moment.
